The real question isn’t, “Will AI take jobs?” It’s: “Are we helping our people learn how to work with it?”

Because AI is already changing how things get done, and fast. If your team isn’t learning how to use it, they’ll fall behind. And if they fall behind, so does your business.

Here’s how we can start supporting our people:

Teach the basics. If your team doesn’t understand how AI works, they’ll miss the moments to use it. And missing those moments could mean missed growth, innovation, or even roles.

Make it part of the everyday. Don’t wait for a perfect AI rollout plan. Just start. Use it to draft emails, summarise meetings, or brainstorm new ideas. Small steps lead to big confidence.

Double down on what makes us human. AI can’t replace creativity, empathy, or good judgment. Invest in those skills—they’ll matter more than ever.

AI isn’t something to fear. It’s something to figure out together. And the leaders who do will be the ones their teams thank later.

Have you started using AI in your business and if so, how did you start?
